TW is a private outfit that does the investigative reporting newspapers should be doing. This raises lots of issues about the future of newspapers and the nature of journalism in the Internet age.
My concern: These private outfits -- including several on the left -- are funded by, well, who knows? Texas Watchdog looks honest to me, and the George Soros groups look dishonest. But how will we ever know?
