JULY 29 / Another notch on the fun

PRESIDENT OBAMA's job approval rating on Real Clear Politics just dropped into the 53s, a new low, down six points in the last month.

The outliers are Time on the high side (59 percent, all voters) and Rasmussen (as usual) on the low side (49 percent, likely voters).

Meanwhile the president's RCP job disapproval over the past month is up more than seven points, to 41.5 percent.
