So says President Obama, according to the Wall Street Journal's Gerald F. Seib.
How about this? If nothing happens in Washington this year . . .
. . . "blame" won't be the right word.
"Honor" will.
Measured against the president's destructive agenda, a year of stalemate would be a monument to separation of powers and our Founding Fathers' brilliance.

IN ESSENCE, the president's message to the opposition party was this: You have taken back enough power to block me, but in turn you will have to share the blame if nothing happens in Washington this year.
