NOVEMBER 8 / Our lying president

BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA's lie about keeping your insurance is not a one-off event. He lies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, then lies about his popcorn snack. He lied yesterday. He is lying today. He will lie tomorrow. 

That's what he does. That's how he got elected. That's how he got Obamacare passed. By saying whatever his audience of the moment wanted to hear, whatever would help him and his holy mission to fundamentally transform America.

The astonishing thing is not that he has now been caught out by lying so brazenly that even his friends are shocked. The astonishing thing is that he got away with it so long. After the furor of the moment dies away, he will keep on getting away with it.
