IN 2009 NEWSPAPERS dutifully reported President Obama's bold and deceitful claim that if you like your health plan, you will be able to keep your health plan under Obamacare.
That promise has now been exposed as a lie.
Not a mistake, folks; a lie. L. I. E. A deliberate falsehood.

Our press, among many others, failed to protect us in 2009 and 2010. All it had to do was what it was designed to do: tell the truth.
If enough people had known the truth, the fever would have broken. Obamacare would now reside on the political ash heap with 1993's Hillarycare.
